"Did you come to help my brother? Did not you?” We've been waiting for you so much! I thought every passing car was bringing helpers. He really needs help! He's such a good person! It's heartbreaking to see him like this! He's always crawling. You know how hard it is? I tried it once, and my knees hurt so much I almost cried. And he crawls like that his whole life. If you don't believe me, try it yourself! Really! Go home and try it, then you'll understand how hard it is for him..." - Eight-year-old Sergei greets us from the doorway as if he's rehearsed a speech, because to him, we're the saviors. Well, not us, but you, friends, who listen with your hearts and are open to good deeds!

Did you come to help my poor sick brother? Didn’t you?  We've been waiting for you so, so much!!!

Sergei (8 years old, Artem's brother): "My brother is always on his knees! Try to crawl a little bit!  I tried... And my knees hurt so, so much, I rubbed them until they bled!  And Artem does it every day!"

Crawling is hard and painful... But Sergei, to support his beloved brother, tries to crawl along with him!

"Sergei is the best brother in the world"

REPOST RIGHT AWAY, MY GOOD MAN! HELP YOUR FRIENDS FIND THE WAY TO GOD!

The story of this family is a tale of struggle, love, and sacrifice. They prove that a family where love reigns can overcome any hardship. They are asking for help, and now that we know about their struggle, let's ask ourselves: what can we do to support them?  What would we do for our own children if we lacked the means for treatment and saw them suffer?

Well, not us, but you, friends, who listen with your hearts and are open to good deeds!

The story we're sharing with you today is about a family where each day brings its own battle, yet it's also filled with love, hope, and unwavering dedication.     However, that's not the focus of our tale. At the heart of our story is a hero named Artem, who from his early years has been engaged in a challenging struggle against cerebral palsy.

Pavel (father): Artem is our firstborn. It's hard to put into words just how eagerly we anticipated his arrival. Everything seemed normal, but the childbirth was complicated, and the baby was born with problems. It felt like a scalding, we were so anxious, so...  They even said he wouldn't survive! They implied that we leave the baby at the maternity hospital and carry on with our "happy" life. What nonsense! Who could abandon their own flesh and blood? Probably only a heartless animal!

"Only a person with a stone instead of a heart could ever turn away from their own child, no matter what problems the child has."

- Many fathers cannot withstand such trials and leave the family, leaving the burden of caring for sick children on the fragile shoulders of unhappy mothers. Some kick the wife and children out or even give her an ultimatum: the disabled child or the family...

Pavel: Heaven forbid! Artem's birth only brought us closer together. Where would I go or where would I send them? You're telling tales. Such people should be outcasts, and no one should even greet them! But it's not for me to judge! I am bothering you not because of that.

"Poor boy has tense muscles, which prevents him from living normally."

- Yes, you're right! - Tell us about your son, about his current condition.

Pavel: Artem was born with the umbilical cord wrapped around his neck. He was rushed to Tbilisi in an ambulance, he barely survived. We were told then that our son would never be healthy. The suffocation was severe. My wife and I prayed to all the saints for our son, our firstborn, to survive. And this miracle happened! Over the years, we've done everything possible to ensure our little one isn't immobile: we've taken him to doctors, to rehabilitation centers, to speech therapists... And the results are evident. Artem can crawl, speak some words, and express his emotions. We were told he would be like a plant, and we wouldn't be able to do anything. Now all his muscles are tense, sometimes they tense up so much that I get scared - it seems they could break his bones.

"I'm always playing with my brother! If we had a tablet, we could watch cartoons together."

– What can we do for Artyom?

Pavel: Artyom has a condition that requires specialists to help him develop. But they cost a lot of money! We need to undergo a course of massages for muscle relaxation and tone, for proper bone growth and joint mobility, but we don't have the money anymore. We've used up all our resources. We've sold everything valuable, borrowed, taken out loans... and now we're left with nothing. Now God has directed us to you. You are our last hope. We simply can't leave Artyom halfway to improving his health.

"Please help my brother, I beg you!"

Sergey: I know you'll help! Because you're saviors!  Once I saw a video, where you gave a chair and a wheelchair to a boy just like my brother.  We need those for my brother too! And you also gave a bike and a tablet to another boy.

– Does your brother need those too?

Sergey: Well, um, with the tablet, we could watch cartoons and soccer matches together...

Poor boy can't even hold a piece of bread in his hands.

"I want to be like other kids. I want it so much!!!"

His brother is always by his side, he'll always help!

– Pavel, let's sum up. What does Artyom need?

Pavel: He needs a massage course, but we can't afford it. One session costs 30 GEL, and he needs at least twenty sessions.  These sessions are conducted at a clinic in Akhaltsikhe. I won't be able to take him there and back every day, so we'll need to rent an apartment there during the treatment. That's also a huge money. Our income consists only of my mother's and my son's pensions, allowance, plus my earnings during the season. I take on any job, but I just can't save up. Artyom also needs a special wheelchair and a chair with a table.

Sergey: And don't forget about me, Dad!

 – Don't worry, your wishes are already noted, and they will certainly come true!

The most important thing now is to provide the baby with the necessary medical care. Artyom needs a massage course, a special wheelchair and a chair with a table. All these means will help to improve his quality of life and give hope for a future full of joy and opportunities. We appeal to you, friends, for help.  Your donation will be a drop in the ocean of kindness.

Thank you for your kindness and compassion. Together we are strong!
